SHOTS FROM LIVE TV COVERAGE
One of the main reasons for the Chicago Turkish Festival's success has been the interest shown by the Turkish and US media. When the First Chicago Turkish Festival was held in 2003, Fox TV Chicago and WGN TV aired live coverage of the festival during their morning programs, enabling millions of viewers to find out about and become interested in the event. The interest of the media in our festival has continued every year since then, contributing to the larger and larger crowds we draw each year.
